Hope Arrives, Every Life Deserves A Chance.
Our charter air ambulance service is the gold standard for critically ill patients. A dedicated aircraft is assigned exclusively to your patient, with a full critical care medical team onboard. The patient is collected from their current location in Naigaon or a nearby facility, transferred to CSIA under medical supervision, and delivered directly to the receiving hospital at the destination. This is the fastest and most clinically controlled option available.
For patients who are stable but cannot sit upright for long-haul international travel, we arrange commercial airline stretcher services. Multiple economy seats are configured to accommodate a medical-grade stretcher. A qualified medical escort travels with the patient throughout the journey. This option offers significant cost savings compared to full charter and is well-suited for repatriation cases where the patient's condition is monitored but not critical.
Some patients are medically stable enough to fly in a standard seat but require a trained clinical professional to accompany them throughout the journey. Our medical escort service pairs the patient with an ACLS-certified doctor or critical care nurse who manages medications, monitors vitals, and coordinates with the receiving team on arrival.
Time-critical organ transport from Mumbai and surrounding regions, including Naigaon, requires pre-coordinated logistics involving hospital liaison, legal documentation, and rapid aircraft deployment. Ayyappa Ambulance has the network and protocols to handle organ transport missions with the precision this service demands.
Critically ill newborns and young children require specialist transport equipment and clinical expertise. Our neonatal air ambulance is equipped with transport incubators, neonatal ventilators, and infant monitoring systems. The medical crew includes neonatal nurses or paediatric specialists trained specifically for in-flight care of the youngest and most vulnerable patients. For specialist ambulance support in this category, explore our NICU Ambulance service.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM), located approximately 38 to 42 kilometres south of Naigaon, is the primary departure point for all air ambulance missions from this area. The drive time under emergency convoy conditions is typically 50 to 75 minutes depending on traffic, which our ground team factors into total transfer planning.
Juhu Airport handles smaller aircraft and helicopter operations and can be relevant for short-range domestic transfers or helicopter evacuation scenarios where ground traffic is a critical bottleneck.

Contact our 24/7 coordination desk. A medical coordinator, not a general customer service agent, takes your call. You will be asked for the patient's current location in Naigaon or the treating hospital, their diagnosis, current clinical status, destination, and any specific equipment requirements. This assessment takes 5 to 10 minutes.
Based on your patient's condition, our medical director assigns the appropriate aircraft type, configures the medical equipment load, and selects the crew. You receive a confirmed flight cost estimate and a projected departure window before anything is finalised. Nothing proceeds without your explicit agreement.
A ground ambulance from our fleet picks up the patient in Naigaon and transfers them to CSIA under continuous medical supervision. The air crew performs a clinical handover, and the flight proceeds to the destination. On arrival, our coordination team liaises with the receiving hospital to ensure the medical team is ready for the patient before the aircraft lands.
